User Data Deletion

At BulkWapp we respect your right to control your personal data. You can request permanent deletion of your account, all your contacts, conversations, properties, leads and any other data stored on our platform at any time.

Option 1: Delete from inside your account

1. Sign in to your account at bulkwapp.com/login.
2. Go to Settings → Account.
3. Scroll to the Danger Zone section and click "Delete my account".
4. Confirm the deletion by re-entering your password. Your account and all associated data will be permanently erased within 7 days.

Option 2: Email request

If you cannot sign in, or you would prefer to email us, send a deletion request to:

Please include in your request:

• The email address registered with your account
• Your organisation name (optional, helps us locate the account faster)
• Subject line: Account Deletion Request

We will verify ownership and confirm deletion within 7 business days.

What gets deleted

• Your account profile (name, email, organisation, phone)
• All contacts you have added or imported
• All conversations and inbox messages (inbound & outbound)
• All properties, leads, site visits and pipeline records
• All broadcasts, automations and flow run history
• Encrypted WhatsApp Business API credentials
• Uploaded property images from our storage bucket

What may be retained

For legal, fraud-prevention and tax-compliance reasons, we may retain a minimal record of: (a) the deletion request itself, (b) anonymised aggregate usage statistics, and (c) billing receipts (if you ever made a paid transaction). Retained data is never re-linked to your personal identity and is purged after the legally required period.

Facebook / WhatsApp data

If you connected a WhatsApp Business number via Meta's Cloud API, deleting your BulkWapp account also revokes our stored Access Token. We immediately stop sending or receiving messages on your behalf. Note that Meta retains a copy of messages on their servers independently — to delete those, you must use the controls in Meta Business Suite directly.
